WHAT IS MENTAL TRAINING?
An untrained mind leads to stress, worry, and decreased performance...
DEFAULT MINDSET

Research shows our mind wanders around 50% of the time, either thinking about the past, or the future

When we are fully immersed in the present moment we are more likely to tap into flow

This is where we have peak experiences; we perform at our best, and we feel at our best
